How do I check the status of my order?
After you register a customer account, simply log in and view your Order History to see the status of your order. If you do not have an account, refer to the Order Confirmation email you received when you placed your order. That email will contain a link for you to view your order status and tracking information. If you’ve lost the email, please contact Customer Service via the Contact Us page of our website.
Has my order shipped? How can I track it?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information at the email address you used during checkout. You should receive that email within 2 business of placing your order. If you have not received it or are having other issues tracking your order, please contact us for assistance.
Can I modify/change my order?
Once you have placed your order, we cannot make any changes to it.
Can I cancel my online order?
It may be possible to cancel an order within one hour of submission if the order was placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM ET. If you want to cancel an online order the same day it was placed, please call 833-600-8766 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Why isn’t my code/discount working?
If you are having trouble with a discount or promo code, please contact Customer Service via the Contact Us page of our website.
Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
- Orders placed after 10 am ET will begin processing the following business day.
- Online orders are fulfilled and delivered on business days only (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays).
- All ship times include 1-2 days of processing. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are in processing status.
- Service to rural areas may require additional shipping time regardless of shipping method.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders over $30. The free shipping discount is applied automatically in cart when the $30 threshold is reached. The free shipping discount applies to Standard shipping.
Our packages will be shipped via USPS.

Do you ship internationally?
We are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States or United States Territories.
Do you ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes?
- We do not offer shipping to APO or FPO addresses at this time.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories.
- Orders containing items considered hazardous materials cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories.
What is your return policy?
You have the right to return any order within 14 days without giving reason. The return period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to return, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement (e.g. by selecting the appropriate option in your account or a letter sent by mail).
Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken.

How do I log in to my account?

How do I cancel, stop, or pause my subscription?
To cancel or pause your subscription, you must log in to your account. Click Sign In at the top right of the navigation bar. Scroll down to “Manage Your Subscriptions” on the left side. Under the item quantity and shipment frequency, you are given the option to cancel and pause your subscription. Click on the appropriate button. Click on the reason and then hit the “Cancel Subscription” button. If you have any difficulty accessing your account, please contact Customer Service via the Contact Us page of our website.
I can’t log in to my account, and Forgot Password isn’t working; what do I do?
After you create your subscription, you must create a new customer account. You can click Sign In at the top right of the navigation bar. Scroll down to “Create Account” and fill out the required fields. If you are still having issues, please contact Customer Service via the Contact Us page of our website.
Can I skip a month of my subscription/change the shipment date?
To skip a month or more of your subscription or to change the shipment date, first log in to your account by clicking Sign In at the top right of the navigation bar. Scroll down to “Manage Your Subscriptions” on the left side. Click on the appropriate button for your situation. Can I change the billing or shipping address for my subscription?

In what order should I apply my skincare products?
A good skincare routine usually involves a combination of cleansing, treating, moisturizing, and protecting your skin from the sun’s harmful UV rays. Your skincare routine may vary depending on your skin type and concerns, and you may also incorporate other steps such as exfoliation or eye cream. The key is to find a routine that works for you and to be consistent with it for healthy, glowing skin.
How long should I wait in between applying products?
The general rule is to wait about 1-2 minutes between applying different skincare products. This allows each product to be absorbed and prevents them from mixing on the skin, ensuring optimal effectiveness.
Are FDOB products safe?
Every FDOB product is scientifically crafted and tested to ensure the highest quality. Our lead scientists will investigate up to 1,000 ingredients before arriving at the ideal formula. Once the formula is crafted, it goes through rigorous testing to determine its safety and effectiveness. All FDOB products are evaluated for hypo-allergenicity, and at present, all have passed.
